The designated convenors will be responsible for publicizing their session and all other organization required (evaluation of contributions, naming of key-note speakers, choice of oral presentations and posters, etc.). The standard duration of sessions will be two hours, to include 1 mini-lecture and 4-5 oral presentations. Broader topics may extend over more than 2 hours. The Organizing Committee will guarantee a general session to accommodate presentations not included in any specific session.
Proposals should include the following information:
- Title of the Session.
- A description of the topic of the Session (200-400 words), including a leading question, several key issues, the scientific relevance of the session, what the session aims to achieve, and a list of potential themes that will particularly fit with the aims of the session.
- Name, affiliation, mailing address and e-mail address of the session organizer(s).
In February 2016 session organizers will be informed if their session is accepted.
Session chair(s) are asked to solicit at least 6-8 abstracts to help form the session. If fewer than 6 presentations are received for a given session, the Steering Committee will assign the submitted abstracts to other sessions.
