To pay your conference fee you must have a conference identification number (ID). Click here If you do not already have an account. Also the accompanying persons must have a conference account.
Participant registration begins on 20th June 2014. Every participant to AMAM 2015 is required to have a user account, the Conference Personal Page (CPP), which basically contains name, e-mail address, affiliation and other information useful to improve the conference services. The system will assign you your own Conference Identification Number (ID). Use always your ID for easy and quick communication with the Organizing Committee. The payment of the conference fee is not required when you create your user account.
The online abstract submission opens on 8th August and closes on 15th December. The abstracts submitted will be reviewed by the International Scientific Committee. The selection of the abstracts and their mode of presentation will be decided by the Scientific Committee. There is no guarantee that an oral preference can be realized. A notice of the abstract acceptance will be sent to the author before March 2015. A non-refundable submittal fee of EUR30 (tax included) is required for each abstract submitted. This fee cannot be waived. Abstracts will be published in a Book of Abstract that will have its own ISBN code.
Authors who received the communication of acceptance for their abstract are required to provide a full paper, which will be published in ProScience, an open access conference proceedings series (ISSN 2283-5954).
The International Conference will take place at Calanè Conference Centre, Nova Yardinia Resort, an enchanting place located at a few kilometres from Castellaneta Marina, on the Ionian Sea. We get special prices for participants to AMAM 2015.
Invitation Letter, Passport/Visa information, suggestions for getting Bari and the Calané Conference Center are reported here. But also many other useful (or useless) information such as climate, time, telephone, bank exchange that can help you in having a good stay at AMAM2015!
One-day visits to Unesco Sites – Sassi di Matera and Trulli di Alberobello – is included in full registration fee. Visits to Castel del Monte, Pompei, Ercolano and to historical sites will be proposed to AMAM attendees.
