IMPORTANT NOTICE

Conferences organized by the Associazione Italiana per lo Studio delle Argille (AISA), a no-profit scientific society, can be attended by its members only. Therefore, to participate in the AMAM 2015 you must be a member of AISA and the payment of the conference fee is intended as a declaration that you are asking to be member of AISA. On the basis of the Italian laws, we have to register you in our Book of Members for the 2015. This doesn’t imply any commitment from your part and all the information stored in our systems will be deleted after the conference.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Please notify the Congress Secretariat if there should be any cancellations of registrations. Written notifications received before 31st March 2015 will have an 80% refund. No refund is foreseen for cancellations received after 31st March 2015. If you cannot take part in the Conference, you may transfer your registration fees to a colleague at any time (please contact the Secretariat).

A lot of effort is going into making the AMAM 2015 a success, presenting a printed programme as scheduled and ensuring safety and comfort. However, neither the AMAM 2015 nor any of its representatives will be legally responsible for any cancellation of the Congress, arrangements, programmes or plans having to do with the AMAM 2015 or any loss, injury, damage or inconvenience which may be suffered by any person while travelling to or from, or during their stay in Italy for the AMAM 2015.

Privacy and Security

AISA – onlus respects your personal information. We will not rent or sell your name, address, email address, credit card information or personal information to any third party. Any personal credit card information you submit to AMAM 2015 will only be used to process your registration to the conference. Your credit card data will not be stored on AISA’s database and will not be retained by AISA. AISA will retain (offline) only the last five digits and expiration date of your card for administrative purposes. After the conference all data you provided will be deleted from our storage systems.
