Concimi Biologici S.r.l. produces organic fertilizers from animal by-products (ABPs) with a transformation process exploiting radio frequencies (International patent no. WO2016/012986 A1 dated 28/01/2016). This method differs from conventional organic waste recovery processes, for its speed, enhanced environmental sustainability, and the distinctive characteristics of the resulting product.
To enhance the environmental sustainability of agriculture, it is important evaluate the effects of the new fertilizers PAPs (Processed Animal Proteins), deriving from an innovative process for non-fermentative, fast humification of animal by-products on plants.
This study aims to evaluate the chemical characterization of the main products obtained in the PAPS plant, for their content of fatty acids, amino acids, metal and non-metal ions.
